Our Volunteers

We are volunteer creatives that decided to get off our arses and start a diverse creative environment for locals to have the opportunity to exhibit and promote their work through our events and street press publication.

Our tiny team has grown big and strong since 2013 and our team boasts a huge commitment and a plethora of skills which we put to good use. We wouldn't be TBC without our team who work for free to ensure Brisbane's creative community can expand and thrive through our range of projects.

Chloe Anna - Art Sales / Crowdfunding Assistant After 5 years of studying Advertising and Interactive and Visual Design at QUT, I’m still not sure what I want to do! So I got right into volunteering at the start of 2015 and it’s become an addiction. As well as my involvement with TBC I host #TDKTuesdays for The Design Kids and manage the Brisbane Facebook page, and apart from volunteering I’m a Graphic Designer at ‘Umbrella Creative’ and Interior Stylist at ‘Style Your Property’.

Trish Standen - Writer / Artist I live and work in Ipswich, with an office job by day, and an artist/mum during the rest of my waking hours.  I've been a member of TBC for the past year and love to do what I can to be involved in promoting the work of local artists and engaging with so many interesting and creative people.  Recently, I began writing for TBCMAG, and feel so honoured to be included in the awesome work they do.  I look forward to continuing to be part of the collective and being part of all the amazing things they have to come!
